Valerian Root (Baldrian) smells like female cats during their fertile days, that's the reason why male cats go totally crazy when they smell it.

If you have some neighbours you really hate, get a bottle and put a few drops on their front door...it won't take long and all male cats from a 1 mile radius will show up and start an impressive concert. Make sure you are not at home this night, it's LOUD.
