Question about DRM videos

Sponsors like Ztod.com that use DRM on their videos, when a video expire and a membership page pops up, do you guys know if they use your linking code? or is it going directly to the sponsor?

Most likely the sponsor. I highly dought they will code all the clips with every id out there...

I tought so.

If its all going to the sponsor, dont you think you're loosing signups as a webmaster? Its probably not a big amout but still its less money in your wallet.
