I caught your insomnia. Except for two hours I have been awake since 12:00 midnight Saturday night. It is now 12:10 AM Monday morning Pacific time.

I slept for two hours Sunday morning but my oldest son came by and woke me up. After he left I did not try to go back to sleep.

I am feeling a little rum dum so I don't feel like working and though I feel tired, I can't seem to get to sleep. I tried but I just lay there, so I get back up, watch some TV, and do some posting.

I don't drink anymore so that is not an option. I guess nature will run its course.

Insomnia is not a problem, its more of a way of life, or so it has become.

Good thinking Fletch. I know that once I go to sleep I will sleep way to long and feel like death when I wake up.

Actually at my age I feel terrible every day that I wake up. It takes a minimum of two hours and a pot of coffee, before I can make an informed decision if I am actually alive.

Well...hell...I just put on a pot of coffee, so I will try to get some work done.

Well...just had five hours of sleep. I would have slept longer but one of the dogs woke me up. I don't feel well.:(
