Under thorough comtemplating, I have decided to get a piercing in the "nether-regions" of my body...anyone have one? Anyone have any problems with theirs? Good points? Bad points?

I used to do tattoos and piercings once upon a time. Decided one day I'd better have some myself as I keep putting holes in other peoples bodies. Never again. Thy just got in the way and in the case of my left nipple decided to get caught through a t-shirt on the hood release hook on a car while I was working on the engine. Took half the nipploe off with it.

I have my left nipple pierced and have not had any problems so far, healed fast. I am wary of having a ring in it due to horror stories, I currently have a bar with small dice on each end.

I have my hood and both of my nipples pierced never had a problem HOWEVER
I had my belly pierced and it was ripped out and I had to have surgery
I had my tongue pierced and the swelling never went down and I had to remove it
I have a tattoo like a set of thongs (he he)

A friend of mine has a Prince Albert and other piercings. He has a hard time getting "hard"

You'll regret anything you pierce below the neck aside from a belly-ring (for girls). Also, don't get a tongue ring -- my friend has one and she has to gurgle everytime she eats.. weird!

i've had the ears pierced since 1971 and i've had the tongue stud since 1995. broke a tooth on the tongue stud and the ears are scarred from the chandlier earrings of the eighties. that's enough for me.

I have 2 rings in my right nipple and had 2 in my left but didn't much like the symetry of that so I took them out.

Knew a guy that had 00 in his PA piercing....the ring was about the diameter of a pencil....and he would whip it out at the drop of a hat....and took home more girls than he had any right to.:Graucho

I didn't get pierced at 00, I was done with a 12 ga and worked my way up. only bad thing was when I tried to jump from a 6ga to a 2 ga. that was a bad idea and I had a taper stuck for about 3 hours.
