Ok WHY..Thats all I want to know??
Why do football, baseball and all others in pro sports get paid so much..I mean I can catch a pass and shoot a hoop..its not like its really that hard next to say..teaching kids worthwhile things..or saving a life like a EMT or something..I have my theory..whats yours??

It's how the owners spread the wealth of fans paying big money for admission to the the events and products sales on top of that. :2 cents:

Good business owners know what the combined output of their labor force is worth. Employees are paid a fraction of that amount. Same applies to sports franchises. Except cities help pay stadium and logistical expenses with tax money. Marketing is shared with local business and the league. There is a lot of money to throw at players to get winners.
