This dude have promised me to make a design for my site for 60$ but he is always offline so he has stolen my money for sure.So don`t believe in this person and please give him a ban.

Hmm... a site for only $60? Isn't that a joke? You should be a really fearless guy if you thought it's possible to get a web site designed for $60... As we say here: a miser pays twice.

Why didnt you contact me for design?I mean is always better to hire someone for work who you already know.That's way i do bussiness with people with who i already know.

A normal designer for $20? For some reason I'm not surprised you got scammed. In my opinion everyone who promises to do a web site design for $20 is a scammer or just a schoolboy who discovered Photoshop just a couple of days ago...

So, he should be pretty easy for you to get a hold of.

If you think he is going to be banned when you have not offered up any proof you are probably mistaken.

However, if I remember the rules properly, accusing someone without proof gets rewarded with a ban.

So, I would suggest you produce some proof before you get banned.

i don't think scammers would get banned here.. we caught some and stil posting here... and yes there are proofs and stuff..

I don't think that anywhere in the rules does it say that i you are a proven scammer that you will be banned (could be wrong on that, too lazy to check right now). However, I am sure that the rules are that if you accuse someone without proof, then adios.

It is not up to the board owners to protect the community from scammers. That is upt to the community itself (just like in the brick and mortar physical world)

The board has to protect itself from unwarranted accusations because there have been some lawsuits on that one.

I am quite appalled at this accusation, I tried several times to contact Braveris via email and sent some project files as well. I received no emails from him. Anyways, I've contacted him with the intensions to refund his money as I want to save the headache..but no response as of yet

And Braveris, next time try to contact me before you pull this shit.. and in the spirit of this Forum..
