Moved to Bulgaria because I'm Bulgarian and the crime in South Africa is simply out of hand. Bulgaria is much cheaper than South Africa - that's for sure, I rented a flat which is about 100 metres from the sea for $200 per month, I eat out every day for like $5 (tip included) !!!!
If you ignore the crime and few other things the "white" part of South Africa easily compares to any Western European country or the States for that matter - similar life style, people driving newest models cars, some things are even better - wider roads, more space, cheaper houses and so on...
Bulgaria - I've been here only a month so can't really say much about anything yet.
Girls - in South Africa you'll meet from the very religious girls to the really slutty ones, any normal guy shouldn't have problem getting a girl there, the white girls have the same mentality as the white girls just about anywhere in the World.
Would I recommend living in South Africa to anybody else? Nope, not at this stage, who knows what is going to happen in the next few years, but fearing for your life 24/7 isn't really my idea of having fun. |
