usually if they put their hands above their head you can tell if they're fake.

Only sure way to tell is to have a certified squeezologist give them the squeeze test.

It's usually pretty easy to tell just by looking

I'd say it's pretty easy when she's on her back

Silicone has a density of 1.17, which means it's heavier than water.
Tity is adipose tissue, meaning it's fat-based and lighter than water.

So chuck the woman in a pool face-side down and if the tits ride up against her chest, they're real, if they point down, they're fake.

Not quite sure if this will work on photos though.
