Online Business in Canada - Sole Proprietorship vs Corporation
 

Hello, I want to start an online adult business..

(An honest one!)

So what's the best way to do this in Canada? So that there's no funny business with the government, etc?

Regarding the gov't, I don't see how either of the two would make a difference to them.

Perhaps with one form, you have to pay less taxes?

open both....pay your sole pro (yourself) from the corp, perfectly legal and you take advantage of all the tax breaks this way

Wait you have been registered here for close to 4 years and you now want to start an adult online business?

That is correct, you see my profits have really increased recently, and I want to do business "honestly" now, :winkwink:
