DOCTOR 30 01-19-2007 08:09 PM

Lost 40+lbs in 6 months.

First time in almost 20 years I've been under 200lbs.

Feels good. Just followed the basics. Cut out all sodas, limited sugar and if I do use it use raw sugar. Cut down on pasta and starches, salt. If I use salt I use Sea Salt that's iodized.

Just that and WALKING did it. When I lived NY City I could walk all I wanted. Out here in California you damn near have to drive to the mail box.

Fuck the trans fats. Them shits should never have been allowed in the human diet. Now it's back to pumping iron like crazy.

Crasy Bitch 01-19-2007 08:39 PM

DOCTOR 30 01-20-2007 12:14 AM

Thanks all!

Watching that show 'Biggest Loser' and listening to the chick on the show's radio program here in LA schooled me. I've always been a bodybuilder and for some reason I fell off out here. That's what got me fat. I could lose another 10 lbs and then build up over 200 again but with solid muscle as I grow muscle fast and get real strong.

One major difference and I can't explain it but it works great is just a tablespoon of flaxseed oil. For some reason as soon as I started taking a tablespoon or capfull a day the fat just melted off.

Hey Doctor 30!

Good for you! We started eating Clean last January. No processed, no sugar, and no meat (just seafood). Our household lost a ton of weight.

I didn't know that 'Fat free' items are code for sugar ladened which keeps you fat!! I also didn't know that companies like Lean Cusinene and the like put chemicals in those diet type dinners to make you need more food.

I'm sure you are feeling like a new person. I'm happy for you, it's a huge feat to do what you did! What made you start your program??

Scott McD 01-20-2007 06:58 AM

Good work, slowly losing weight after xmas - down to 98 kilos from like 101.

Sharky 01-20-2007 11:51 AM

Good for you!

I lost roughly 150lbs from Aug 05 to Aug 06. I gained about 30 back by the end of the year, but have refocused and am down 21lbs in the last 30 days. Cardio and weight training are big helpers.
Don't forget you need to eat 5 meals per day.
meal, snack, meal, snack, meal. and stop eating at least 3 hours befoe bed time. Drink your weight in oz of water everyday as well.

:-)
