I don't dable in SE traffic too much but I'm guessing that traffic won't be stable for that long... I would only pay 4 months profit but thats just me :)... if it was affiliate based that would be a different story...

The Google traffic will be worthless unless you get a whole package deal. In other words, I would assume this guy is pushing the paysite through various other sites of his. You NEED those sites, or it isn't worth buying.
