Does anyone know how CJ gets around 2257? I know the guy recently moved overseas, but I was told that unless you renounce your residency and plan on never coming to the US again, youre still obligated to comply. Plus arent their offices in Atlanta?

Dirty Franck, sorry you're having trouble reaching us. Is there perhaps something going on with your email server? You emailed [email protected] on 1/15/07 at 12:01:58 PM (our time). Dennis, one of my reps emailed you back at 12:34:00 PM. I also emailed you at 1:02:18 PM. We haven't heard back from you yet.

For everyone, besides myself I've got two sales reps working for me on split shifts so someone is available 20 hours out of every day. We are in Manila so we are 13 hours ahead of east-coast USA time. That has caused some confusion when someone in the US hits us up on a Friday and it's already Saturday over here. Not to worry! Starting this week I've got Doreen working Tuesday - Saturday here which is M-F in the US.

One other note on this thread. What Fris said about us not having any good spots for $500 or less was right, a year an a half ago. With our new ad rotation solution we've now got the ability to sell traffic on a click basis from all our ad spots. The system really is kick-ass in that you can buy clicks, upload any creatives you've got (banners, text links, etc) and it will automatically figure out which spots are doing better for you and send more traffic from those. One of the reasons I started my own business was so I didn't have to work with anyone I didn't want to. You're about to fall into that category. Lose the attitude. You send an email to our sales department giving us no way to communicate with you except via email. No icq. No phone number. We respond in less than an hour. But you go and talk shit about us on GFY. I post a response explaining that we've replied to you and suggesting maybe something was up w/ your email server. You send an email with yet again more attitude.

Christ man, look at the replies on this thread. All our customers are vouching for us that we provide great service and respond in a timely fashion. We aren't having any other clients saying they're having trouble getting our emails. Perhaps our replies are getting caught in your spam filter. Perhaps, here's a novel idea, since there appears to be some difficulty communicating via email, you could substitute the attitude in your email for something somewhat useful like perhaps your ICQ number?
