Internext Got it Right!!
 

Hey Everyone,
I'm back from the Internext Show, and wanted to say "Thanks" to all the people that made this show worthwhile.

I first wanted to say that after walking the floor, attending the events, and talking to all the exhibitors, I think the organizers did a great job!!

At this show, you could find people, have quick meetings, and get things accomplished. While it wasn't the usual mayhem of people, and yes it was significantly smaller, I think those that did attend got everything the needed.

I especially liked the meeting room set up, and I thought the location at Mandalay Bay is better. It allowed us to take advantage of the nearby restaurants and to make use of the foundation room.

We are forever harping on show providers that the best shows simply allow us to get together easily and let us talk, and this show did just that.

As I walked the show floor, those in the booths said they got easy foot traffic, and were able to make deals. In years past, when I worked the floor, it was so crazy you couldn't talk to anyone alone, with 3 or 4 people behind them feeling left out.

I can always tell a good show, as I come back with no voice, and a ton of new opportunities to follow up on. To those who missed it, I understand there are so many shows, and I will be hitting most of them, but this one really got the year off on the right note.

I will send out my shout outs personally as that list is large. I just have to get the huge pile of business cards organinized :) Happy New Year Everyone!!

I agree they did very well. Business for Netbilling was exceptional and our Porn Poker Tour was packed both days!

Craig - thank you for your kind words. The entire Internext staff will appreciate your feedback. We really worked our asses off trying make this the show that it became. And from all the feedback I've gotten thus far it seems we hit the mark. I look forward to seeing everyone at future shows - especially Miami and Vegas 2008.

I have to admit .. Even though there seemed to be less booths and less attendees from years past .. the new show floor design worked like a charm .. Well done AVN

You'll never see the HUGE show of years past. Internext Vegas and Miami are still the largest shows this industry has and we are growing whichever way the industry needs.
