Do you dwell on the past ?

im sure everyone has their ups and downs, although is there bad moments that are tattoed in your head that just seem to never go away ?

ready lube 01-18-2007 09:43 PM

I try and stay in the "moment" so to speak, if something bad happened I try and forget about it, it brings you no good anyway.

Himuro 01-18-2007 09:52 PM

I usually try not to think of them

Spunky 01-18-2007 09:55 PM

More healthier to forget about shit and move on,but never forget

reynold 01-18-2007 10:33 PM

No need to dwell in the past. There is the present moment.

lusciousness 01-18-2007 10:57 PM

i try to be in the present times but i cant help to look in the past for reflections

Agent 488 01-18-2007 11:00 PM

cant help to - those who say they never do are lying or heavily medicated.

Rochard 01-18-2007 11:55 PM

No, I do not dwell on the past. I'm exactly where I wanted to be in life. In hindsight there were some things I would have different, but that's just part of the ride.

tony286 01-18-2007 11:56 PM

Sorry I almost missed this thread I was thinking of yesterday lol

yes best way is to learn from shit

DWB 01-19-2007 12:04 AM

No. I move forward.

I think of things in the past from time to time that put a smile on my face, or something I can reflect on and learn from, but NEVER dwell on the past.

Keep moving.

calibra 01-19-2007 12:26 AM

I always try to move on and avoid the mistakes that have been made.

rodney25 01-19-2007 01:19 AM

I only look back in the past for good times.

Jarmusch 01-19-2007 12:58 PM

Yes I dwell in the past, it gives me an excuse to get drunk as fuck more often. :glugglug

Idigmygirls 01-19-2007 01:02 PM

I spend most of my time thinking ahead, but it's important to remember the lessons learned from the past.

It's only unhealthy if you spend too much time wishing you could go back in time to do things like register sex.com in 1992 or list domains in Moniker's live auctions from Wednesday ;)

Th!nk 01-19-2007 01:10 PM

it'll be best if you will just forget about it most especially if those are bad ones.
