My first trip to Mexico, I said .. what the heck .. add to the economy and have my hair braided. Two girls worked for 45 mins to braid every inch of my hair.

It took me almost 2 hours to get them all out.

Had to have 2 inches cut off the back and it took almost a year for the damage from the rubberbands to grow out. Dumbest thing for a white Woman to do!

so true. I'm not even that old, but I see it already. Everyday you see in the news something new that kids aren't allowed to do.

Perfect example:

Kids (or adults for that matter) are no longer allowed to play street hockey in the street here in Ontario (not too sure what the laws are like in the rest of Canada). We were playing a few years ago outside my house when I was in university and a cop drove down the road and asked us to stop and explained that there is a by-law prohibiting such activities in the street. WTF. Obviously we kept playing, and I doubt that too many police are going to give out tickets for being a kid, but the fact that this law exists and is on paper is sad because it is a part of out heritage.

I'm sure there are lots of other laws and regulations around now that prevent "kids from being kids". soon kids are just going to be put in bubbles if they need to leave the house.

Close. I'm 6'3", 255lbs. Bench press - tried it a few times but never got into it. No red marks on my nose except right after I take a shower (also get red spots on my forehead, it's rather weird). Can't really stand milk, I'm kinda lactose intolerance or something.
