You might lose stupid people with money with that navigation, maybe have non-decorated link below saying 'Next Page >' that will adjust the horizontal scroll position?

I like it otherwise.

The reflection of the business-card style name and contact info shouldn't really have transparency, should have a bit of a distorted effect to it..
