when my lips got all dry in washington dc i went to the hotel gift shop and asked for some chapstick. they didn't have it. all they had was "chap-et!" woohoo!

I can't stand when this happens, it's been so cold here that my skin is so dry, I can't wait for some better weather.

the less chapstick you use the better it will be for you. once you start juicing into chap stick alot your lips start to need it (like the crack you are smoking). if you go a week or two without using it i bet your lips will be fine. I haven't used chapstick in at least a decade and it's cold here, but my lips are always good to go. I guess it's different if you live near the ocean though because the salt makes your skin drier than a nuns vagina.

I agree with Brad the less you use the better. Drink more water. Vitamin B12 also helps. Worse thing ever is to lick those lips (the ones on the face) when they're chapped :)
