My question to people who read this and decide to reply intelligently:

If your new processor cant understand how one side of the sheet shows XXXX amount of sales, and the other side shows XX amount of net profits, And they openly admit that THERE IS A FUCK UP SOMEWHERE, and they have yet to fully investigate it and credit the account in a decent amount of time,and have yet to give you a valid explanation after a 2 week wait time frame....AND HAVE YET TO FUCKIN EMAIL YOU BACK JUST TO JERK YOUR DICK.....Should you be worried considering you just got fucked HARD by paymonde?

Then for the same " glitch" to happen in the next 2 invoiced periods raises flags.

Then to not answer an email at all tells me some serious shit is happening.

Verotel's a good company.

I have been with them for some time. Way before my ass rape by PayMonde. As I am sure others have said on here. Live chat, or call the Dutchies. The e-mail is sometimes slow.

As for your problem. Maybe it has something to do with them rolling out their new Quick Stats system, and you have discovered a bug. Who knows?

But they are looking into it.

While I understand your situation sire, coming from PayMonde rip offs on my other sites. I have not run across what you are, and I would be interested in the rest of the story.

We've used Verotel for 4 years now and I have nothing but good to say about them. They've never been late with a payout while other companies have come and gone.

It's clear they are making a lot of changes there these days and it is probably a minor tech issue. As well I think most of the problem solvers are at the Vegas show right now.

Hit up Latinsoulman and ask him to look into it, I think he is the USA rep.
