Epassporte No Answer Over 24h
 
Who have some good contact to epassporte,this company blocked my card and dont say nothing,email nothing..I write yesterday email for this time over 10 email and contacted icq but no answer and I need this card.
Maybe everebody at this company fucking or I dont know what fucking shit!!

More or less the same thing has happened to me. My account is suspended and no reply for 48 hours. I assume there is no customer service over the weekend...

We have had alot of problems with epassporte on a business level. I have found this guy at epassporte to be very good. He really goes out of his way to fix the problem. If he cant fix your problem he has always found out who can and he follows up to make sure it is done.

Epassporte isnt a US company.

I understand that and am not cross with you. However, on the epassporte site it specifically says:

Email (Existing Account Holders): For security purposes, please login and send your message to the Account Holder Services Department via the Message Center.

I have sent several emails since my account was suspended and I wondered why those emails to support have not been answered.
