I concur to this. May we split the prize?

chaze 01-14-2007 06:28 PM

Na, Indy takes the whole thing, I mean they win even when Peyton's not playing well. When he finds his zone and he will, season over.

J. Falcon 01-14-2007 06:34 PM

go bears

BlazingBucks_Ryan 01-14-2007 06:37 PM

They win when Peyton is playing poorly against defenses that do not know how to capitalize on poor offensive play... Put simply, the Bears defense is NOT one of those teams, Grossman aside :pimp

The war is two shitty QB's (at least one is PLAYING shitty right now the other one is JUST shitty) - hence the 24-17 score ... war of defense

I would also willing to bet at least 2 of the scores in this game WILL be defensive

Sosa 01-14-2007 06:39 PM

Bears will not win the superbowl. They will have a tough game next weekend but I seem them winning. They will not beat the Colts or the Pats though.

Its going to be Colts vs Saint, idiot.

spanky part 2 01-14-2007 06:54 PM

One problem with your theory.

They can't beat the Saints

Your offense is pathetic at best, and your defense is very middle of the road now.

Who have you beaten this year? You play in a division with high school teams, and you think they are world beaters.:1orglaugh :1orglaugh

Colts Vs. Bears. Idiot.

BlazingBucks_Ryan 01-14-2007 07:02 PM

OMFG U jackassses need to learn who is playing who ......

My comment was against Manning because YES he has been playing like shit (not unlike Grossman who most likely just IS a shitty QB who has a few on weeks)

Some of you are seriously fucking idiots lmfao - Don't open your mouth unless you know who plays who and WHEN

bushwacker 01-14-2007 07:06 PM

Early line has ind fav. by 3 Chi. 2.5

spanky part 2 01-14-2007 07:06 PM

Chicago barely beat a very average team. They needed overtime to do it. Gimme a break, who do they have on offense.....................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

BlazingBucks_Ryan 01-14-2007 07:11 PM

I can see where this part of my post might have thrown a few people .. I do see the Bears and Colts next week as a close game (maybe that's where I got my original 24-17 vibe lol)

BTW - There is a reason for lines ... They push people betting a certain way, meaning more people are betting on the Bears, wonder why ??

Actually the home team in football generally gives 3 points...the lines are set to get the most action on the game, and then they move them to adjust to which way the action is going.

The reason for a betting line is to make sure the same amount of money is bet on both teams. Bookies/Casinos make money from the 10%. There is no way to tell what the early betting is on, as you say people are betting on the bears, the EARLY line is just coming out, you would have to watch what it does over the next couple days to see what the money is goin on.

BTW, Bears wont win. Hell they are lucky to have beat Seattle which was a terrible road team. Both teams sucked, especially at the end, how many chances did the bears have to win it and blew it before they went into OT. The Saints are a great road team and on a good roll. They are 6-2 this year on the road. Rex is due for his bad game now. The Saints will out coach them and out play them. I'm predicting 33 to 13 Saints. The bears were happy to win one in OT, they got their playoff win they are done now.

Indy will win close one at home. Saints vs INDY in Superbowl. Which will be great, Indy will choke, Saints win. Indy will crack under superbowl pressure. Saints have nothing to lose, Indy has a ton of pressure to win 1 finally./

Dream Scenario - don't see it happening though ...

Their road record really means squat given their whole situation ...

King Adam 01-14-2007 07:37 PM

Seeing that the Pats beat San Diego ... there should be no question that the Pats will win it all.

What situation? The Saints second team offense has more talent than the Bears first team, not to mention their coach is an offensive guru
.

Saints have some talent on that team, if they can establish the run, they will win the game easily.

I don't see how road records mean squat, some teams play good on the road, some don't. That typically doesn't change just because it is the playoffs.

It took Chicago OT to beat a team that shouldn't even made it to the playoffs, and then should have lost at HOME last week. Seattle Sucks. Dallas should have beat them last week. Now take into account Seattle is even worse on the road and Chicago sure did handle them well :winkwink: . It took chicago OT to finally beat them after Seattle lost the game more so then the Bears won it. On top of that Rex had a GOOD game, imagine the out come if he had a bad game. Get your quarter out for next week and flip it to see if he will play good or not.

Realize the talent of your own team before you start trying to predict them winning the superbowl. And have fun planning for the NFL's #1 offense, #1 Passer. Can't wait to see the Bears try to stop, Deuce, Bush, Brees, and Colston. Not like the Saints D is bad either, I think they were like 10th ranked in the NFL this year so don't expect to score a lot of points from your already weak offense.

I love shit like this, 7 more days we will have an answer :thumbsup

200 yards against Philly yesterday, I don't see the bears (now average D) stopping the saints from running every down if they wanted to. Deuce + Bush change up is going to gash them. Then Brees will hit Colston or Henderson deep for long one. It's not going to be nice Bears fans, and Payton is going to out coach you as well. He has coached as good if not better then any coach in the NFL this year.

Your only chance is if the Saints have a lot of turnovers, if not, game over.

i agree if they can come out running, it will be a long day for bears fans.

Alexander was ripping them for 10 yards a pop. Seattle should have stuck with it more.

SOME TALENT? The only reason Brees didn't win mvp is because LT had the best year of anyone in the history of the NFL. Colston missed 5 games and still had over 1000 receiving. Ad Deuce and Bush and yikes.

The only team that scared me in the playoffs was the Eagles and we just got by them.

Now going up against Manning or Brady against our shitty cb Thomas. That scares the shit out of me.

Da Bears....yawn.

LOL - Hey I was partially right :))

I definitely don't want to play the under on this Super Bowl...

and I honestly think that the bears having their defense on the field more than the offense is a GOOD THING (heh) ... I was amazed at the people giving Grossman credit for ONE STINKING DRIVE.

They have a longgggg way to go to beat EITHER of the teams in that game I just watched !! It's kind of cool Chicago versus Indy though... Would be like Cubs vs. Cards

Gear up for 2/04 - Gonna be interesting ... All depends on Grosss having a QB rating of ABOVE 100 AND (YES AND) the BEARS D coming through like they always do in clutch situations ...
