I can vouche for the VERY EASY part

they are taking care of everything for me (data move and all), and they matched my server specs and bandwidth

and for those of you that are claiming that because people are getting "charity deals" they won't be subject to the same top level support and service that "normal" natnet clients get, I can tell you right now first hand that is not the case!!!!

i got a few days b4 i migrate the blogs there. but they are soo fast with their support its crazy.

take natnet for hosting and it wont ever be an issue for any webprojects you might have.

I made use of the pricematch and I have to say that I am VERY pleased!
Techs answering in 5 minutes and fixing problems I had not even noticed yet.
I can fully recommend Nat Net.

Natnet sure has some amazing support. They do have their problems however, but support, best in the business.

damn man this is true! the techs are very helpful! as of now we are still working on the sites.. but im impressed of how the tech answer emails and stuff.. one of the techs was almost 30 hours with me on sundays.. im not a big client.. my old server was my first server then now im on natnet.. the tech guys are awesome they can even do whatever i wanted to the sites. check the scripts and they can even do upgrades and installs!!! this is a good deal for sure. :)
