How do you create your galleries?
 

I'm trying to use smaller animals thumbnailer but it won't process mpegs for me (it is supposed to now)

What is a good piece of software I can pick up?

Arylia gallery builder maybe. I haven’t used it, but it may work for you.

Wouldn't it be easier to find out what you're doing wrong than install new software? (not that I know anything about the one you're using).

I think I see now, you program owners all pay some clown to do that for you so how would you know :D

Arylia gallery builder , i think most of the webmaster here using that

I use Arylia and I swear by it. If you want to really hand pick your thumbs, do it by hand, otherwise, use arylia. It does good cropping anyway.

I use my own home-grown. But, hey, that's just me...
