If you have an office, how much are you paying per square foot and how many square feet do you have? Is it sufficient space? And in what city?

$1,000 a mth, on a one year lease for about 800 sq feet. Quite a deal/steal here, where avg price is close to $3 per sq ft. Of course, it's upstairs from a gay bar...

If you want an office in the centre in Moscow in nice place than you'll pay about $4000-$6000 per sq m. or even more in some places

$4k - $6k per square meter? Are you sure?

The most expensive Class A gross rent office space in the world at the end of 2002 was in Tokyo at $113.84 per square foot, and at that time Moscow wasn't even in the top 10 most expensive cities for office space.

HAHA, but if you had an office you'd be the boss, and you could make the dress code. Espescially for the ladies. :winkwink:

$2400.. 3000 sqft. 4 offices, conference, 2 bathrooms, warehouse in back.

thats way below average price, we got a great deal because of a long-term lease and we were prior tenants of the management company

irvine, ca
