I apologize for getting her name wrong.

I was lucky enough to reach Christy, who was IMMENSELY helpful. This has been an overwhelmingly positive experience with epassporte and my faith and confidence has been massively restored.

epass support has been getting better and better... there have been a few times where they went way above and beyond for me even after hours...

keyser is always great and even the CS reps are getting really good...

good of you to post a positive experience...

Another huge thanks to Mike Sperber. Mike is not only an amazing friend, but an invaluable resource. Without his help, I'd still be throwing back xanax and trying to keep from punching things.

If you're lucky enough to count him as a friend or business partner, you already know. But for those of you who don't, go out of your way to make his acquaintance and if you're extremely lucky, you'll get to meet his amazing wife too.
