Make me a website
 

Okay, i need a simple website like this created
3pic.com, or bravoteens.com (or 100 of similar ones on the web). Has to have all the tracking in it, and whatever else goes with it. Doesn't have to be anything original (design can be any piece of crap you can buy cheap, scripts can be free if there are some). Simple tracking script so i know incoming/outcoming hits, and that's it. I don't need left and bottom frames, just the thumbnails in the middle (don't even need middle advertisments), which i could resize if possible.
Also, if i have some questions about how to change something later myself, for you to be able to answer them.

That's it. I have my own traffic, and i'm too lazy to make this myself. I pay for everything, so give me your estimates for how big of a budget you can make this for. Shouldn't be too tough for people that built several of these before. The cheeper you can make the website, the more provision you can take for yourself. I can pay via epassporte, or some other means.
