Well, its going on 7am here in thailand and I am FINALLY just getting tired. Have had a bunch of shit on my mind i guess. Hows life over in the states everyone?

I think you have jetlag, not insomnia.

I have insomnia.. that's why I can't sleep better and this made me sick:)

I had that shit before, they put me on Lunesta didnt work, then they tried Ambien, didnt work. Finally put me on 1 mg xanax 3 times a day - that worked perfect :)

If you go to bed at 7, then you will wake up at what time? If at 2 pm then no wonder you are not getting tired to go to sleep in the beginning of the night.

I would give my left nut for a decent nights sleep..I average maybe 4 hours per night

that just means you have more hours during the day to work on sites etc

I only get insomnia when I'm in Asia. I think it has something to do with the bio-clock inside me that has 34 years of thinking 12 hours behind. Sometimes I think my body just wants to flip flop around and I can't sleep to save my life.

drugs, booze, and a few nuts should do you in.
