Sold out faster then that, I called at 12:35 and was told they were sold out, but waiting on a several rooms that sponsors were unsure of.
I was the first caller to not get a room, but the first on some list.

Still cant find the actual forum registration though.

I predict lots of cancellations

2 reasons -

1.There is a charge for Registration this year

2. The hotel cancellation policy
Cancel on or before February 27, 2007 - NO PENALTY.
Cancel on or before March 16, 2007 - ONE NIGHT R&T
After March 16 2007, -- the guest will be charged 3 night minimum stay, hospitality fee, and tax

i have my place there thats all i care. last year i had a room at an adjacent hotel and maybe spent 2 hours in it.

Yes, move it to a bigger location. I love the Phoenix forum as well as the Mission Palms, but I had to stay down the road last time at the Marriott and it really sucked.

It's the Marriott a few blocks away. A long walk after a few drinks, plus you pretty much have to carry what you are going to need for most of the day.

Damn.. that was fast. I was hoping to go to this show this yr too

It's not that far...

I packed a bag with things I'd need (bathing suit for pool, spare shirt, etc) and checked it with the front desk. No biggie really, but I do wish I jumped on a room this morning :(

Damnit..... Grrr. Ill get at least closer this year than I was last year.

the airport one is the closest now I think.

Its good to have a house in AZ. As much as I'd love to stay on the grounds, its nice to have a home close by.
