They should probably limit the number of rooms one person can hold.

Sheesh that was fast.

When you have companies getting a room per employee, they can easily legitimately ring up 10+ rooms at a time. No way to limit the number w/o risking really pissing someone off because they couldn't reserve as many rooms as they needed, hung up, called back and things were sold out.

As with most shows, I suspect you'll see a lot of people on the waiting list get in as it gets closer to the show date.

Damn that is fast. I live in Tempe and the Mission Palms is a great place. The Courtyard is only a couple blocks from the Mission Palms. I bet they will be sold out in a day or two as well. If so I would check out some hotels in Scottsdale. I also know a guy who owns a few houses here in Tempe that he rents out for a few days at a time if anyone is interested. Great places to shoot at and they have pools.

Your procedure isn't right. I marked this day in my calendar and weren't able to register now. Why couldn't I register 2 months ago for example?

if we would have not blocked registration for a period of time, part of the hotel would have filled up with civilians, as there are things going on around that time, ie tempe music festival, art show...

we had to prepare things, and then approx 2.5 months before the show, once we had everything ready, open forum registration and release the account code to the industry to use when making hotel reservations

im sure you will find somebody that can spare a room for you

it sold out within an hour, it would sell out right away no matter when they release the rooms. early bird gets the worm.

Our primary overflow hotel, the Courtyard-Marriott, sold out all blocks of time for the forum dates about 4 hours after the Mission Palms sold out?

Hi Scott. I will e-mail you that info so you can check out the houses. They have a few of them. I have been to a couple of them and they are really nice and the pool area at one of the houses is awesome.
