Transfering OUT of GoDaddy the cock suckers!
 

I think I've managed to jump their hurdles and my last domains are transferring out as we speak (I hope - Godaddy like to make this hard)...

What I'm wondering is, when the transfer is made into namecheap will it automatically have my server DNS settings etc in place as part of the transfer or are my sites going to be down until I can update them in namecheap?

The transfer of mysite.COM from GoDaddy.com to another registrar could not be completed for the following reason(s):

Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact. (e.g. - email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the Transfer Contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means).

what a fucking bad surprise, yeah! i fully agree, have closed down my godaddy account a long while ago and keep 'em all at namecheap, they rock!

Yeah, most of my domains were moved out years ago, but for some reason I found 5 today in a GoDaddy account when they randomly charged me for something I didn't have.

Anyway, won't stop until they are all removed.
