Story is simple. Tel Aviv has huge rent fees. Some guys thought lets put some hookers there and see rent go down.

The best way to offset your rent if you have a spare bedroom in an separate area of the house is to rent it to an escort for an incall location.

You can rent it for $$ or trade. ;-)
