I can't find ANYTHING at bricks and mortar BOOKSTORES anymore
 

Man, the selection combined with the reviews has led to me finding all kinds of cool books online (amazon.com) compared to almost nothing in bookstores. Spent half an hour at Books-a-million yesterday and didn't buy a single book.

Sooo true, I was at borders today and the only thing I bought was a couple of mags...Way more books online..

That would be like me telling somone that doesn't like reading non-fiction that it is their loss. To each their own ;-)

Here's the collection at my last house. There are about 1 1/2 shelves on the far right that are fiction. Wish the scale was better. Those shelves are taller than me.

I agree. I only read non-fiction as well and I haven't been able to find anything in Barnes and Nobles or Borders lately either.

I need to put you in touch with my brother, the science mag editor. He gets tons of books free (or highly discounted) that confuzzle the hell out of me but I'm sure you'd love :)
