I have a client that has an unused license of x-cart, hit me up tomorrow, icq: 33375924, and I'll ask him if he wants to get rid of it...

X-Cart is the way to go. Don't touch OsCommerce as it is a piece of shit, if you are considering OpenSource then the best one out there is Zen-Cart.

But overall if you are willing to spend a little then X-Cart is the best option, it can do everything you listed and it's pretty easy to modify if you wanted to add new features.

zencart is free

ive used oscommerce on several sites. Theres so many addon ons for it, that it can handle pretty much anything you need to do. I tried several others including zen cart..and went back to os comerce because the support board had answers to pretty much every question possible, and the free mods allowed me to integrate all the features i wanted. At one point i had coupons/vouchers, real time shipping quotes from the courier, an option to buy instantly or make an account (to make future ordering easier), and a bunch of other sweet addons that i got all for free off their site (theres several hundred free mods)

Ultimately the most important thing for me was, will it support the cc processor im using. After paymonde went belly up, i was able to get a new processor and have the script running in no time because they had so many free mods for so many different processors, so the processor integration was a joke.

Maybe theres something easier for you, because os comerce isnt for everyone, especially id u need something simple. But im a huge fan. Go chek out oscommerce.com, click contributions, and search for all the features u need. Im positive ull find add ons for everything you would want..
