So, I've had http://www.badasshotties.com for about a year now, but took a huge break from the page and am just now getting back into it. I'm hoping to will myself into doing daily updates and whatnot, but what I also need is some input.

What do you all think of the way it's laid out? Too many ads on the sidebars? Good color scheme? Anything necessary that I'm missing completely?

Header is too plain, and the format for entries is not consistent.

I like the way you had the thumbnails arranged horizontally in the previous entries. The newer thumbs stacked on top of each other waste space and do not look aesthetically pleasing.

I'm still going for the horizontal placement, as I like it too. The Raven Riley thumbnails were just too big and I couldn't be bothered to fix it :P

The format for entries is consistent (I think) except for the Ewa Sonnet one, where I was going for making my own gallery. I failed, yes, and am gonna stick with my typical 2-thumbnail-linking-to-FHG format. Or was there something else inconsistent?

As for the header, I'll admit I have no clue what you mean. I've seen people mention the need for a nice header, but I'm not sure exactly which part that is. Little help? :)

If by the header you mean the banner up top, I've been considering changing that, but I'm not sure what's sought after.

This is one that I worked up fairly quickly, although I'd probably have to change the pink to a shade of blue to make it go with my page. This isn't exactly a final (or near-final) product, but what do you think of this sort of style?

That's nice, but if you use that, you should implement those colors throughout the entire design of your blog.

You should make a "Webmasters Page" for link trades, promoting sponsors, etc.
I doubt your surfers are interested in hosting plans and stuff like that.
