Not a clue I think the suit was just filed. However you know what they say "No publicity is bad publicity"

How funny.. Cisco owns the trademark "iPhone", and Apple has tried to get Cisco to allow them to use it since 2001, and as recently as 2006. Cisco said "ummm.. no" each time. This is going to produce some great news stories..

I can assure you it will not be free. It has placed them really behind the eight ball and unless they wish to rename it and pay some penalties, cisco can name their own price or terms.

Free publicity? Dont forget lawyer costs, plus if they loose they will have to pay up

Nope via us, the news, other internet sites. They are getting it now. However I think your right it does come at a cost. By the time they pay cisco , and attorney fees its going to get pricy for them im sure.
