I didn't know about it, but I'm going to get to the bottom of it.

actually it started like 24 hours ago, at least for me, my clicks yesterday were about 1/2 normal, now everything is looking like it's back to normal after this morning total outage

Had the same problem here...Received zero click thrus from at least 12 am July 26 thru 6am possibly going back as far as 10-11pm the night before. Any info on this situation would be appreciated!
