New Site Penalties - How long it will take get out from Google's sandbox?
at least 3 months??
|
personally i think the sandbox is a myth.. perhaps at one point they had an actual cutoff. i think its more like a sliding scale now..
so if you had a year old domain and i had a brand new domain and we both seo'd for a unqiue term the older domain would have a slight advantage.. but lets look at a real life example. . recently a tv show "the colbert report" made a joke about the term "wikiality" and how it didnt exist on google. within a short time someone from gfy bought the domain , and within a few days there were almost 1 million pages found with the term.. but the brand new domain ranking #1 . mind you there are alot of other factors.. the word wasnt used up until the domain was so its a fresh term |
post these new site penalties plz

new site penalties?
do you mean they have a new set of penalties for sites? or that there are penalties for new sites? |

6 to 9 months
if you triggered the sandbox filter, you're fucked. |
sandbox is not a myth. Matt Cutts himself admitted it exists, but it can be avoided. In the sample Smokey told it's the classy way to avoid it... get as much as you can quality links from authority sites and you are there ;) Don't over do it though...
