Would Israel be justified in bombing Iran?
 

Not with nukes but is it justifiable for Israel to bomb Iranian nuke facilities with traditional bunker bombs given that:

1. Iran is building nukes
2. Ahmadinejad has been threatening Israel

And if conventional weapons are not enough, then it can use nukes to get the job done. Not massive nukes. One's just big enough to collapse some deep tunnels.

I agree with the first part but if they use nukes (at all) then that would justify having nukes used on them.

I don't think there is any chance Israel will use nukes preemptively.

You have to realize that there is a difference between a tactical nuke and a strategic nuke.

If Israel couldn't destroy the nuke facilities with conventional weapons because they were too well buried, then it would be justified in using tactical nukes (little biatches) to get the job done.

However, if it were to do nothing and wait for the promised Iranian nuclear strike, it would be justified to reply with stategic nukes (big mofos).

I'd say yes but not by using nukes. Iran has threatened to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth. Iran also supplies Hezbulla with weapons and money which are then used against Israel.. So yea I'd have to say they would have the right to do a air strike, just not with nukes.

Iranians (and all other Muslim nations) won't care what the nuclear payload is. Using nukes in the Middle East will change things forever in the M.E. First and foremost it is psychological.
