Do I Buy an XBOX 360 or a Playstation 3?
 

Give me your thoughts.

The PS3 isn't out yet here but I don't have long to wait. Obviously it's newer technology but currently the game line-up looks a bit shitty.

The XBOX 360 has been out for a while now BUT it has a couple of good games out for it.

Which one do I get?

personally, I would get the xbox360

Go for the XBOX 360 and get Call Of Duty 2 (it's a lot better than Call Of Duty 3) and Gears Of War :)

Yeah it's a March release over here for PS3.

Personally, i think i'll end up with the 360. Although i'm waiting till the PS3 comes out anyway, before deciding.

The price of PS3 over here is a joke aswell. £425... :disgust

no debate. xbox 360 for xbox live, end of story.

PS3 can suport better graphics and has blu-ray built in - 1080p HD is STUNNING if you have a sweet TV.

However, for gameplay, nothing touches xbox live games ion xbox 360 and the graphics are almost as good.

make sure you get gears of war for the 360

I have both and there's only one game worth playing on the PS3 at this point. The rest are all on XBox360 and titles that are on both systems look better on the X360.

I opened my PS3 up a few days after Christmas, played the one game and haven't even turned it on.

I've also got the HDDVD add on for the X360, and the movies are a few bucks cheaper than BluRay titles. Most of the discs I've gotten so far have been HD.

Right now, I say go for the XBox360.

PS3 for games like Motorstorm, Heavenly Sword, Ratchet 5, MGS4, Final Fantasy XII, Killzone 2, Naughty Dog Project, Devil May Cry 4 and all the other exclusives.

if you're into home theater as well.. get both. you'll now have both Blu-ray (ps3) and HD-DVD (360) players.

i dont think any of the games for ps3 are in 1080p yet and unless you have a 1080p tv you wont notice a shit of difference.

for the money right now, i would buy an xbox. pick up gears of war and xbox live and you can have some fun. however, if you want to show off and have a bigger penis, then buy a ps3

Ridge Racer 7 and Tekken 5: DR are in 1080p. And Virtua Fighter and Vurtua Tennis will be in 1080p.

Until you go online and realize people win fights by using hooks to the body alone.

Definitely a 360 for right now. Some games play LAGGY (like Ultimate Alliance for example) on the PS3, which is just plain ridiculous. Give them a year or so to get their shit together and before you take gaming seriously on the PS3.
