lol I left a reply to a support ticket the other day.. I made the orginal ticket on 2007-01-07 and it han't been answered as of today. I updated the ticket and told them their support sucks.

Yes, they were great for me for a few years. Now they are SHIT. I have been asking for epp codes for numerous sites for MONTHS. I honestly have opened 6 tickets for one epp code.

hopefully they'll get better soon, their prices are good but i just can't trust them right now.

They are fucking retards... renewing domains takes like forever... a week ago they let 3 of my domains expire. I made 3 tickets and finally they fixed it. And they always write in the ticket "please do not add reply to this ticket" wtf... I want somewhere to have a fucking conversation. Domains I reg now are with namecheap... working smooth over there!
