Guess Apple broadens it's horizons.

It is no longer Apple Computers.They changed their corporate name. It is now Apple, Inc.

They launched a new iphone to play music, video and all that fun stuff.

They also going into the TV world. You can send video from your computer to your television via their set top box.

are they still in litigation with Apple records?

you can send video to AppleTV only if you run iTunes on your device

That means making a hefty sum of money in the long run. :D
