Epoch new functions..it gonna work or what?
 

From the Xbiz news Jan 9:

"Launching later this month, Epoch will introduce worldwide live chat billing support. The live chat support function is intended to compliment the company?s phone support services. Also scheduled to launch are new affiliate marketing tools and an automated cross sell tool, of which more information will be released in the coming weeks."

I really hope it will compliment the support that almost and not exist if compared to CCbill...:-) Yes they bill all the other billings declines, but to get an answers from their support team especially on Sundays is dead try...

Hmm, in the report they was talking about new interface as well...logged into my account and seen all old stuff..or maybe it will be implemented in the new millenium? :1orglaugh
