but when will they stop scrubbing credit cards from "new EU countries"......?

CCBill did little - it was VISA who expanded their geo regions to the new EU member countries.

It is more relevant *all* processors implement security of client funds in the event of their demise - and state clearly what exactly that security policy is as part of their TOS and service agreement.

How long are CCBill and any other processors going to ignore this issue and pretend there is no potential problem??

Has anyone heard any more news regarding Croatia? It was my understanding they were pending approval as well.
