CCBill ???

I'm considering using CCBill with one of my sites. Do they allow you to provide free memberships for friends, relatives, etc?

I couldn't find anything on their site about it....

Thats not CCbills problem. IT´s YOUR site , your htaccess file. You can add and delete users whenever you want.

Yes you can manually add these through the CCBill admin or edit your password file and add them on.
