Trying to get ICQ on my Treo 700w
 

Hey Folks,

Like most of you, I run a business, which means that I am barely ever in the office. Still I like my clients to have the ablility to get in touch with me at a moments notice.

So I was thinking there has to be away to get ICQ on my VerizonWireless Tero 700w. Anyone have any suggestions?

All those programs you are looking at are for the Palm OS Treo's, not the Windows Mobile versions.

If all you need is ICQ/AIM support, grab the ICQ2GO from here: http://download.icq.com/download/icq2go/

If you need an all in one IM, that connects to ICQ/AIM, Gmail, Yahoo, MSN etc I havnt found a decent free solution. There is a great program called Agile Messenger (agilemobile.com) but it's got a really lame monthly subscription fee. You can use a free demo for 30 days though. Its the best mobile IM program I have seen. I just cant bring myself to pay for a subscription.

I put ICQ on my Motorolla Q using IM+ and it seems to be working great. I beleive that they also have a version for the Treo.
