Has anyone had problems with money "disappearing" when you withdraw it to your bank?

I sent a withdraw December 22nd and it's hasn't arrived yet. I'm currently talking to Michael on ICQ about it and they've started an investigation, but I'm pissed that it's taking this fucking long to "investigate" it. I've got more money coming next week from a payout; I'm not sure whether I should just bite the bullet and stay with epassporte or do checks. :mad:

so....you went to the bank, took out money, came home, checked your epass account and saw money was missing?

I sent a withdraw by EFT on December 22nd, sending the money that was in my account to my savings account; it has not hit my bank yet.

you live in the US right?

thats not available for any other countries yet i believe

and those transfers can take up to a week :\

Even i did understand what he said :D

He wanted to withdraw cash from wpass to his bank and started the witthraw 22/12 . Usually it takes 5 days to reach bank but in his case the money never reached the account .
EDIT : ok you´re faster :D

and yes that sucks and that investigations on *dissapared* wires cost money even sucks more :(

We are looking into this issue we are waiting to hear back from our ACH processor to find out why the money haven't been deposited to your account.
I will keep you updated on the progress.

Yes I live in the US and EFT is available for American banks IIRC; Michael didn't mention anything about that.

And yes I know it takes up to a week, I said I sent it before Christmas.

They gave me some tracking number to trace; my bank has no record of an incoming credit.
