Man my fucking back has been killing me on n off last 3 onths , it has become a daily nuisance now...

What is the supreme painkiller?

I usually take 2 xanax's, 2 vicodin, half of ambien, and then chase it down with a couple of shots of booze :thumbsup

Diconal if you can get them.. Given to cancer and aids patients, just don't over do it.

theirs always oxy's, but you should see if you could get your self an anti-inflamitory or something of that sort might help a little more

Hmmmm Norco 10mg Hydrocodone and maybe some Klonopin would prob do the trick quite nicely jdl.

i just took some hydrocodone, its pretty nice

The best? Demerol or Morphine.

no one here knows their painkillers better than me, (several car accidents & surgeries) so I'll suggest the good stuff

fentanyl , hydromorphone (dilaudid) & oxycodone are the strongest

dilaudid (10x+ stronger than morphine)
oxycodone = percocet/oxycontin
fentanyl, well, thats about as strong as it gets..... (100x stronger than morphine) its what they use for people who's opiate receptors are completely burnt out

also demerol, which isn't a classic morphine type narcotic, its more of a mental pain drug

of course heroin is cheaper & more readily available than any of the drugs listed above

Oh and Opana is AWESOME! Oxymorphone.
