I just raided my local indian store for everything I need to tackle a book I found called Vegetarian Indian Recipes or something.. So many things I want to make, but I was always missing an ingredient or two.. I think I'm almost there. I'm still missing Carom or Ajwein though, have to keep looking. I made a great simple eggplant rice dish the other day, I can post a few recipes if someone is interested
