My cat has lost it.......

Well the other day I went to do some shopping and let my cat out as I left. I go and make a few stops and then come home but when I went out to get the stuff out of the trunk my cat pops out from the back seat. I had no clue he was in there the whole trip.

I never knew cat that liked to ride, I know dog's do.

TurboAngel 01-08-2007 08:44 AM

Well hey you! How was your X-Mass? Give Mike a big fat kiss for me ok?

;)

E$_manager 01-08-2007 09:40 AM

Funny story! Your cat is very social. My cat would have never done that. He is afraid of everything except me and my daugher.

I don't get it, he went pure crazy when we drove to the new house. He has actually knocked on the neighbors doors and walked right into the house. Thank god my neighbors here are good and like cat's.

He'll walk in the house like it's his house and then he knocks on the door to go back out. LMAO he's special for sure.

haha, i luv eated a butter. I had a cat that would constantly sleep in the car, same thing, didn't know if she was there or not.

madawgz 01-08-2007 10:32 AM

what if when you got out of your car the cat jumped out?

would it find its way home?

jollyperv 01-08-2007 10:34 AM

My cats absolutely despise riding in the car. If we ever have to bring them to the vet or something, they start making that really weird creepy guttural meow.

My cat was sleeping over my brother's car when he decided to go visit his gf (my bro). It happens that my cat sleeps really deep and my brother noticed him in the rearview mirror when he was half way...
Then ppl say "cats disappear"... yeah

BTW, my cat rocks

That was strainge, but very funny. Good you didn't lose him somewhere near the shop!

Cyndalie 01-09-2007 06:46 AM

Cute story TurboAngel :) I've found my cats in some strange places but never before in my car!

AssPirate 01-09-2007 06:54 AM

Nice story. But cats might pee on the carpet and stink the whole car up, especially if they're not used to it.

Maybe he was hoping you were swinging by the old place. heh

Madame0120 01-09-2007 07:01 AM

Our cat has taught every stray in the neighborhood, which trees take them to the rooftops. Now everytime I look out my window, there's a cats sitting on our, and the neighbor's roofs.

The dogs are not happy.

In the car one of mine literally screams, the other does the occasional "please don't forget I'm here... hello?" meow.

munki 01-10-2007 09:16 AM

My cats hated the car until they started seeing me take the dog for a ride to the park every morning...

I think they got jealous and always want to come along now...

Haven't had one actually slip in the car though.
