Phatservers Really Rocks
 

I've been with Phatservers for a number of years now...I have never been their biggest customer, but I have been one of their biggest supporters...always touting their services when I can.

I have spent the last week working on a mambo bug, that even those on the mambo forums can't figure out, but Mike W. at Phatservers just fixed it in about 10 minutes from when I sent in my support email.

Not only do they respond lightning fast, but damn, the guy just made all my headaches that I've had for a week go away...LOL I didn't want to bother them with an issue that wasn't really theirs to solve, but just like the 100's of other times over the last 4+ years, he saved my ass again.

Thanks Mike...and of course Chris is awesome too...these guys have all been really good to me.

I agree, PhatServers and everyone there is great!

We now have 3 dedicated boxes with them and have been a customer since 2001.



PS: Mike W has forgotten more about servers than most of us will ever know.

They've always helped me out, and when I was away on holiday my epass expired.. they didn't pull the plug and my server was still up when I got back. Excellent guys :D
