i wonder if web hosting is the hardest keywords to SEO
 

Page 10 one day, page 6 the next, now page 16, this much change in one week.

you bet, we paid over $5 per click to get our site up.. And we were selling Dedicated Servers. I'm not even trying to thing about how much does it cost to advertise a freaking virtual hosting.. I bet from $15 per click..

You just selling links on a network of your own blogs? If so, are those blogs all different topics? If no, do you have them spread out over multiple datacenters or Class C's?

That is funny, I was just investigating this same thing. We used to be listed on 1st page, but now can't even find my listing practically. I don't undetstand it either, no changes on my end. So, I am working on this now

I've gone after a lot of the big ones in the past (not so much anymore) and mortgage was always the most difficult I felt. This was a few years back when housing was going through the roof and these lenders would pay you $25-$50 for a telephone number. It was also a time when no one had a clue what the value of a link was and you could buy PR8 links for $20/month and it didn't matter in what industry the link came from. We hit a couple of the refinancing terms for awhile and had some 5 digit days for awhile.

gambling is still possible, if you know what you do ;)
